Jennifer, known as Jen or JB to her industry colleagues, started her journey in wireless telecom in 1997 as a Real Estate Specialist at PrimeCo Personal Communications (now Verizon Wireless). She supported the real estate team with leasing and due diligence and had a front row seat to the intricate details of a market launch. She worked as a Lease Administrator at American Tower Corporation from 1998-2000 before landing her first management role at TowerCom Enterprises. As the Director of Operations, Jen managed all site development operations across Florida and Georgia, negotiated ground leases, managed the completion of due diligence, regulatory, and zoning/permitting, and oversaw construction of new site builds.

In 2012 she transitioned to a new start-up company called Parallel Infrastructure. As the Director of Project Management, she drove development of BTS sites, led a team of managers, coordinators and vendors, managed capital planning and forecasting, and helped the company grow from 6 sites to over 600. When Parallel was acquired by Harmoni Towers in 2023, Jen recognized an opportunity to carve out her own path in the industry and founded BrownCo. Since its inception, she has led new site builds for Harmoni and other tower developers. Jen brings a proven record of directing large-scale tower development programs for major carriers and is highly skilled in financial planning, growth management, and disciplined project execution.

Jen lives in Florida and has 2 daughters and 4 grandkids that keep her busy. In her free time, she enjoys the special moments with her family and enjoys anything that gets her out in the sunshine, from beach days and boating to traveling and discovering new places.
